Terms of sale
1. Who we are
These terms of sale apply to all orders placed on espreshot.com, a website operated by Stanislas Consigny, sole trader, trading as Espreshot, 10 Rue de la Tranquillité, 59800 Lille, France (contact@espreshot.com). By placing an order, you accept these terms.
2. Products
We sell the Espreshot portable espresso machine in two packs: Solo (machine with free tracked shipping) and Premium (machine with free tracked shipping, the Espresso Anywhere ebook and a 1-year warranty). Product photos are as accurate as possible; small differences in colour or packaging may occur.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). The price shown at checkout is the total price you pay, including shipping. We may change our prices at any time, but the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
4. Orders and payment
Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted. You receive a confirmation email with your order details. Payment is made securely at checkout through our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or product unavailability; in that case you are refunded in full.
5. Delivery
Delivery times, tracking and lost parcels are covered in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the product passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns, refunds and warranty
Change-of-mind returns, faulty products and the Premium warranty are covered in our Refund Policy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Safe use
- Read the user manual before first use.
- The machine heats water: handle it with care and keep it out of reach of children.
- The machine contains a lithium battery. When flying, pack it in your carry-on luggage. It must not be used during the flight.
- Do not use the machine while driving.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by use that does not follow the user manual or these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
9. Personal data
We use your personal data only to process your order and provide our services, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including the Australian Consumer Law. If you have a problem, please contact us first at contact@espreshot.com: we will do our best to find a solution quickly.
