Where we ship
We currently ship to all addresses in Australia, including PO Boxes.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order. The price you see at checkout is the total price you pay: there are no extra duties or fees on delivery.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: your order is prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery: 7 to 11 business days after dispatch.
- Total estimate: 8 to 14 business days from your order.
Orders are shipped from our partner warehouse overseas. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, or in remote areas.
Christmas orders
To receive your order before Christmas, we recommend ordering before the cut-off date shown on our website in December.
Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you receive an email with your tracking link. Tracking can take 2 to 3 business days to show the first update.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived 20 business days after dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us at contact@espreshot.com with your order number (and a photo if damaged). We will send a replacement or refund you in full.
Address errors
Please check your shipping address carefully. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of your order so we can correct it before dispatch.
