How long does delivery take?
Shipping is free and tracked on every order in Australia. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days and delivered in 8 to 14 business days in total. You get a tracking link by email.
When do I get my ebook?
The Anywhere Barista ebook is a PDF, emailed as soon as your Premium order is confirmed.
How do returns work?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Send the machine back unused and we refund you. If it is faulty, you are covered by Australian Consumer Law, and Premium adds a 1-year warranty.
My Espreshot arrived damaged or faulty.
Send us your order number and a photo. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply and we will make it right.
